All grains and milled products we use are certified organic which means they are grown without chemical herbicides, pesticides, fungicides and chemicals. Certified organic also means no GMOs.
Using and adding chemicals in conventional wheat farming is what happens plain and simple. Farming organically instead maintains the quality of the soil, fosters biodiversity, reduces pollution from nitrogen run-off, uses less energy and supports animal health and welfare (including ours).
In a time where it is imperative we act on food waste, we believe that only organic wheat is absolutely safe to be consumed wholegrain.
