Pastificio Carleschi (Past-if-each-yo Car-less-key) is an artisan pasta making factory located in East London.
The Company was founded in 2008 by me, Giovanni Carleschi (when I finally decided to follow my pasta obsession after quitting a successful sales career) and my partner, Natalia Gruzina (who joined me in September 2008 after her employer Lehman Brothers’ collapse, RIP). We together set out on a journey to produce pasta with the same taste and texture characteristics of the best Italian tradition yet made only with local British flour.
It took us a long time to narrow down a huge list of ideas into a single vision and mission, it was really hard work so we think you should know what they are, here we go.
