What we have been making since 2008 are natural, genuine and great-tasting pasta products out of the finest ingredients available here, and trust me, we are very strict in selecting our ingredients: we only source produce from producers who care as much as we do. In short we value what’s local, seasonal and sustainable.
We are expert in pasta making, you don’t just wake up one day knowing how to make pasta, it took us 10 years to define methods and techniques to get every detail right. It was good fun because we are passionate and that’s why we never settle for second best but constantly work hard in making our food great.
