Our Rivet Rigatoni is crafted using stoneground rivet wheat, carefully preserving the grain’s distinctive flavour and health benefits. As with all our pastas, we slow-dry at low temperatures to maintain the integrity of the wheat. The result is a hearty, flavourful pasta with a perfect texture, ideal for pairing with bold sauces.
