Slow-dried at low temperatures, our Sedani Rigati cook to a perfect al dente in 9 minutes. They hold sauce beautifully thanks to their velvety surface, and their warm chestnut colour hints at the flavour inside, nutty, sweet, with a subtle green freshness from the beans.
