Slow dried at low temperatures, our Sedani Rigati cook to a perfect al dente in 9 minutes. Their velvety surface helps them hold sauce beautifully, while their warm chestnut colour hints at the flavour inside: nutty, softly sweet, with a faint savoury freshness from the beans.
